Using artificial intelligence behind all the sensors present on an air handling unit to detect energy-consuming anomalies and adapt the maintenance schedule can be extremely beneficial.

Usually, these anomalies are technically compensated by the system which is often oversized, and therefore energy intensive. As these faults are compensated for by the system autonomously, they are practically “invisible” to production or maintenance operators, except through in-depth investigation.

Parameter monitoring by artificial intelligence makes it possible to detect these anomalies in order to resolve them as quickly as possible, which reduces the corrective maintenance task and places the installation on the path to sustainability, by considerably reducing energy consumption. and CO2 emissions.
