Between those seeking funding for the development of promising new treatments and those with the means to finance high-potential growth companies with a clear vision, interesting encounters inevitably took place.

But the biotech market in Belgium is like the national weather: a mix of cloudy periods, showers, and sunny intervals. The pharma sector is generally slowing down, and political uncertainties at the European and American levels make medium-term forecasts risky.
