Sky Merck Project 2019-2021

ETECH – SKY Merck Project – Detailed Design, Monitoring Progress, Commissioning, Qualification – Q3 2019 to Q2 2021.

Working alongside ETECH, CoCEPTIO dealt with the detailed design, monitoring progress, commissioning and qualification for the installation of a new aseptic filling unit and a QC laboratory. The client was MERCK, a company based in Aubonne, Switzerland.
The work included:

• Compressed air (CA) distribution network for freeze dryers, vial lines and the QC lab
• Compressed air (CA) distribution network for stopper processors
• Nitrogen (N2) distribution network for freeze dryers, vial lines and the QC lab
• Lab gas distribution network for QC
• Contaminated effluent disposal system
• Process effluent disposal network
• Events
