Zoëtis – Factory extension for aseptic production – 2,000m² – €15 M – Q3 2017 / Q3 2019

When it came to defining the project and the preliminary design, Zoëtis asked CoCEPTIO to take care of Project Management and the coordination of the whole project, which involved an extension of the existing production unit and the relocation of a complete aseptic filling line (washer, depyrogenation oven, aseptic filling line, freeze dryer and capper) and the installation of a new freeze dryer with all kinds of aseptic zones ranging from grade A (the most restrictive) to grade D (the least restrictive).

CoCEPTIO also supervised the construction site for all the structural/stability work, working alongside the architects.

This project demonstrates CoCEPTIO’s ability to support our clients right from the start, including defining the project, as well as its capacity to coordinate the entire project throughout the execution phase, including with large-scale projects.
