With solid experience in project management, our project managers will manage your projects skilfully and efficiently: defining your needs, carrying out a detailed study (precise technical specifications with design plans and associated quantities), tender phase (selection of different companies) etc.
Our range of tools that have been developed in-house are based on international project management and planning standards (PMI, PRINCE® and ISPE’s GEPs) as well as on our valuable experience, so that we can continue to manage your projects pragmatically, as well as professionally.
Our priority will be, for example, to work with the stakeholders in the project to put together a dashboard with the KPIs that need to be highlighted, as well as establishing your Master Plan or putting together a system for monitoring profitability, including analysing the S-curves.
Each task is scheduled and the project team is organised to follow this timetable. Potential contractors are informed and motivated to submit bids for different tenders.
